All our deliveries are handled by DHL and normally take 2-5 business days depending on the final destination point.
As the deliveries are handled by external partners, delivery times are just estimations and, therefore, cannot be guaranteed by the Company. Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. BOX addresses.
Our jewellery leaves our hands in pristine condition and we make every effort so that you receive them in the same condition. If, however, there is obvious damage upon delivery, please refuse to accept the delivery and notify us immediately.
Please also try to take a photo of the damaged package, if possible. We will subsequently contact our courier partners to investigate and inform you of the next steps.
