Cycladic Figurine Abstract Bronze Sculpture
Cycladic figurines (sometimes called "Cycladic idols") are among the most enigmatic and most evocative objects from Greek prehistory.
Usually of relatively small dimensions, they are highly stylised depictions of the human form.
Each sculpture is created using the lost wax method, a traditional jewellery casting process.
In addition, it is varnished to prevent oxidation and achieve a smooth and matt finish.
It is placed on a marble base.
